This popular Maharashtrian street food 'Vada Pav' with a bakers twist. Instead of the traditional method of deep frying potato filling in oil, we took inspiration from the new-found technique of packing it within bread dough and baking till we get the bun - golden brown. It is spicy, lightly salty, mildly nutty and ever-so smoothly brushed with curry-leaf oil for the oomph you'll notice when you have it.Hope this dish takes you back a few years when street food was an everyday affair without much guilt
